RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Please review the details below regarding our return process.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Items must be returned within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Returned products must be in unused, brand-new condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping method for your return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@alphasaws.com.au.

Once confirmed, carefully pack the item in its original packaging and send it to:

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will proceed with either a refund or exchange. Please allow up to seven (7) business days from the date of receipt for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been finalized.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please be aware that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or modified tooling based on customer specifications
  • Gift cards or vouchers

If your item is defective or arrives damaged, please reach out to us directly to arrange a replacement or refund.

PLEASE NOTE:

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns made due to a change of mind.
